Marvin had one bleeding episode last year. He visited the clinic one time, but not receive any infusions. Marvin lives with his parents, Eduardo and Wilfreda. He has seven siblings: three sisters and four brothers. He lost a fifth brother to hemophilia. His siblings’ ages range from seven to 26 years old. One of his brothers, James Wilfred, also has hemophilia. Marvin’s father earns $67 a month working as a construction worker. His mother keeps the family’s rural home, which they own.
